About Me

Hi! I’m Gia.

I am an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with 10+ years of experience designing engaging, results-driven learning experiences. My expertise spans the full instructional design lifecycle, from needs analysis and storyboarding to development and evaluation.

Most recently, I worked within the Training Unit at USAID, where I led the design and development of ILT, vILT, and eLearning courses. A highlight of my role was conducting a large-scale learning needs assessment for a bureau of over 500 employees. Our team gathered insights through surveys and focus groups, analyzed the data, and delivered key findings and recommendations that shaped the bureau’s learning strategy.

I hold a graduate certificate in Learning Design and Technologies and a certification in Adobe Captivate. I am also proficient in industry-leading tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

I am passionate about designing learning solutions that truly make an impact. If you're looking for an instructional designer who blends strategy, creativity, and technical expertise, let’s connect!

Now that you know a little about me, check out my work.
